If you are responsible for procurement, purchasing, logistics, supply chain or new development at an eligible OEM, you could qualify for a complimentary pass.
The OEM pass is designed for buyer side participants directly involved in sourcing, procurement, supply chain strategy or new battery development.
Applicant criteria

- ✓Primary responsibility linked to buying, sourcing or supply strategy
Company criteria
- ✓Automotive and electric vehicles
- ✓Consumer electronics

Not eligible if
- ×You sell battery raw materials
- ×You trade battery raw materials
- ×Your company produces battery raw materials in any capacity
Applicants cannot also be responsible for the sale, trade or production of battery raw materials. This overrides the applicant criteria above.

Two complimentary OEM passes are available per eligible company. Additional discounted passes can be added once the first two have been approved.
All OEM passes are provided at the discretion of Fastmarkets. We reserve the right to refuse passes where the applicant does not fit the eligibility criteria.

OEM pass questions
Free OEM passes are available to eligible applicants working in procurement, purchasing, logistics, supply chain, new development or senior leadership at qualifying OEM or end user companies. The company must primarily operate in automotive and electric vehicles, consumer electronics, or aerospace and defense.
Eligible roles include procurement, purchasing, logistics, supply chain and new development. C suite and senior leaders may also qualify if they are primarily responsible for these functions.
For this pass, an OEM is defined as a company whose primary business is procuring or processing products in automotive and electric vehicles, consumer electronics, or aerospace and defense. The company must not produce or sell battery raw materials in any capacity.
You are not eligible if you or your company are responsible for the sale, trade or production of battery raw materials in any capacity. This exclusion overrides the role based criteria.
Two free OEM passes are available per eligible company. Passes are limited and allocated on a first come first served basis, subject to approval by Fastmarkets.
Yes. Once the two complimentary OEM passes have been approved, additional discounted OEM passes are available at €1,000 plus VAT per person.
No. Passes are provided at the discretion of Fastmarkets. Fastmarkets reserves the right to refuse applications where the applicant or company does not meet the required criteria.
An approved OEM pass gives access to Fastmarkets European Battery Raw Materials 2026 in Budapest, including the main program, networking opportunities and available event materials.
