Over 30 years of senior management and process engineering experience in the chemical and mining sectors including: Executive Vice President, Lilac Solutions – managed team of over 100 process engineers in the scale-up of Lilac’s direct lithium extraction process from well head through lithium hydroxide production and crystallization. Global Director of EPC Projects, FLSmidth – responsible for more than US $1.5 billion in EPC mining projects carried out globally including lithium projects in South America. Scale-up Manger, Parsons – Responsible for the design, construction, and testing of multiple pilot plants in support of a $1 billion chemical weapons destruction facility
