Hanna Schweitz
Hanna is Director and Head of Marketing at WMC, a Dutch based commodity merchant acting in metals and raw materials needed for a decarbonized world. WMC helps investors, customers and suppliers to engineer financial solutions, buy, sell, transport and store Nuclear Fuel Materials as well as Battery Materials.
Hanna has 20 years experience in Metals and Raw Materials. Prior to her current role, Hanna was three years responsible for all raw material procurement for the Swedish battery producer Northvolt. She was part of selling the Northvolt story to customers, investors and lenders and negotiating the raw material contracts for the first gigafactory. Prior to Northvolt Hanna spent 14 years in various positions such as buying feedstock for smelters and responsible for the offset hedging at the mining company Boliden. Hanna is also a member of the Lithium and Cobalt Committee at London Metal Exchange.
