Nemanja Mikać is the founder and CEO of ElevenEs from Subotica, Serbia, a company dedicated to accelerating the electrification of Europe by developing LFP battery solutions. These solutions aim to provide more sustainable, safer, and affordable battery cells and modules for a wide range of applications. Nemanja's passion for innovation and commitment to making a positive global impact are critical in leading ElevenEs team. Nemanja has a strong background in chemical engineering, process engineering and optimization, and new business development, with over 12 years of experience in the field. Prior to ElevenEs, he spent 10 years managing Al Pack Group. Al Pack Group is aluminum processing company in the packaging industry with over 25 years of experience in 4GWh-equivalent electrode manufacturing operations. Nemanja's leadership at Al Pack included successfully acquiring and restructuring an insolvent subsidiary in Germany within three years. He also spearheaded the expansion of new product lines and integrated complex new value chains for the company. He is the inventor of a patented device and method in this field, demonstrating his commitment to innovation. Nemanja holds a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with Process Systems Engineering from Imperial College London and a Batchelors degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Belgrade, Serbia.
