Flemming B. Bjoernslev is a Danish native and seasoned global chemical industry executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across Europe, Latin America, and North America. A graduate of the University of Applied Sciences in Essen, Germany, he began his career with Bayer AG before joining Lanxess AG, where he served as President & CEO of Lanxess Corporation (North America) from 2012 to 2015. Since then, he has held advisory and board positions with international companies, including CFOAM and Virgo Investment Group. Most recently, he was Executive Commercial Director at Anson Resources, where he led the commercialization of critical minerals from the flagship A1 Lithium project in the Paradox Basin, Southern Utah. He now serves as Senior Vice President at Aquatech, focusing on project development in water treatment, critical minerals, and rare earth elements.
