Katlyn currently leads project engineering at Peak Energy, advancing the commercial deployment of domestically manufactured sodium-ion battery storage systems. She has spent nearly a decade in energy storage, with hands-on experience spanning strategy, development, engineering, and deployment across both lithium and emerging chemistries. At Form Energy, she served as a Senior Application Engineer, driving project development and presale technical engagement with utility and developer customers. Prior to that, at Burns & McDonnell, she contributed to the development of more than 3 GWh of battery storage projects.
