Sandra Holt is a Manager of Solutions Engineering at AES Clean Energy, where she has spent nearly five years leading programs focused on evaluating and advancing emerging energy technologies to support large‑scale, reliable, and clean power solutions. Her work spans long‑duration energy storage (LDES) as well as integrated behind‑the‑meter, bridge‑to‑power, and off‑grid energy systems designed to meet the reliability, resilience, and clean energy requirements of data center and other large‑load customers. Sandra works closely with OEMs, developers, and internal commercial and investment teams to assess technology readiness, system integration, and bankability across both lithium‑ion and non‑lithium storage technologies, advanced generation, and hybrid system architectures. She brings a background in meteorology and environmental engineering, with prior experience as a hydrologist at the U.S. Geological Survey.
