Steven R. Izatt is the President/CEO of IBC Advanced Technologies, Inc. and GreenLiT Pure Lithium Inc. A recognized authority in advanced separations, green chemistry and critical minerals, he spearheads global deployment of the Direct Lithium to Product® (DLP™) process, recipient of Fastmarkets’ inaugural Voltas Innovation Award. Under his strategic leadership, IBC was recognized as a Top 40 R&D 100 Award winner—placing IBC’s technology in the top one percentile of all-time winners—and his team received the U.S. Department of Energy Secretary’s Honor Award.

Individually, Steve has been honored with the International Precious Metals Institute’s (IPMI) Tanaka Distinguished Achievement Award for entrepreneurial impact on precious metals and the American Chemical Society’s Utah Award, Outstanding Chemist. A Registered Member of the SME and former IPMI Board Member, Steve holds two S.M. degrees from MIT in Chemical Engineering Practice and Technology and Policy, and a B.A. in Chemistry from Brigham Young University.
