Raef Sully is the Chief Executive Officer of Lilac Solutions. He brings 30 years of experience across engineering and construction, mining and resources, chemicals, and management consulting. Prior to joining Lilac, he served as Executive Vice President at Nutrien (NYSE: NTR) and CEO of their nitrogen and phosphate business, a ~$10B revenue operation spanning 4,500 employees, 20+ production facilities, and distribution terminals globally. Before Nutrien, Raef spent 12 years at Bain & Company, advising C-Suite executives across mining, oil and gas, and heavy industry. Earlier in his career he led engineering teams on major building and infrastructure projects. He also served 19 years in the Australian Army Reserve, reaching the rank of Major. Raef holds a BE and PhD in Engineering from the University of Sydney.
