Turner Caldwell is the Co-Founder and CEO of Mariana Minerals, a software-first, vertically-integrated minerals project developer and operator. Before Mariana, he spent more than nine years at Tesla, where he held engineering and leadership roles across li-ion battery cell and cathode material manufacturing, and later led battery minerals and metals programs spanning lithium, nickel, and recycling. His work included process development and scale-up, plant design and engineering, capital project execution, and building teams to support major projects across multiple sites. Turner holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
