Ben Sparrow is the CEO of Saltworks and a Professional Engineer. Before Saltworks, Ben was a heavy construction manager responsible for a $500 million dollar portfolio of power plant projects. Ben founded, led and grew the Saltworks team for over 15 years; innovating, commercializing, and building industrial desalination and lithium refining plants. Saltworks holds hundreds of patents and delivers modular advance process solutions to battery plants, semiconductor fabs, mine sites, and factories. Ben’s greatest honour is working with the committed team of Saltworks engineers and builders who deliver value for industry through quality, technical excellence, and industry leading lowest total installed costs.
