Ekin Ober plays a key role in supporting the Kinterra team by identifying, engaging, and driving corporate value creation initiatives across Kinterra Capital and its portfolio companies. She specializes in unlocking value through the evaluation and execution of logistics strategies, offtake arrangements, land consolidation opportunities, optimized corporate structures, government funding programs, and joint venture partnerships.

Prior to joining Kinterra, Ms. Ober served as the CEO of Aethos Labs, where she gained recognition for her pioneering work in developing generative AI solutions that are transforming energy transition supply chains. Her contributions place her at the forefront of technological innovation in this critical sector.

Ms. Ober began her career in corporate law and investment banking, establishing a strong foundation in strategy, finance, and governance. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business and a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School.
