Casey Deng is the Founder and CEO of XERA, bringing 20 years of experience in the battery materials industry and holding a Ph.D. in Physics and Materials Science. She is passionate about developing practical industrial solutions, with a vision to see XERA’s products on the road and making a tangible impact. Previously, Casey served as VP of Cathode at Ascend Elements and held leadership roles at eJoule, along with research experience at Argonne National Laboratory and other institutions. She deeply understands the industry’s pain points and more importantly how to solve them. A resourceful executor and inspiring leader, Casey founded XERA to turn vision into reality.
