Throughout his 30-year professional career, Martin has dedicated himself to strategic and business development roles within the engineering & construction and lithium industry. A significant portion of his experience includes a decade at Albemarle, where he spearheaded recycling initiatives, strategic marketing efforts for battery materials, and lithium resource management. Subsequently, he held positions such as Director of Business Development at Savannah Resources, Manager at Ineos Inovyn, and Vice President of Strategy at Adionics. Additionally, he has undertaken various lithium consulting assignments, further expanding his expertise in the field.
