For this year’s European Battery Raw Materials Conference, we’re stepping into something extraordinary.
Convento do Beato is no ordinary venue. Originally built as a 15th-century hermitage on the orders of Queen Isabel, it later became a convent through the efforts of Friar António da Conceição. The story goes that with just seven pennies in alms, construction began on what would become one of Lisbon’s most iconic buildings.
Today, Convento do Beato has been transformed into a modern event space, where historic architecture meets contemporary functionality.
It’s a space designed for connection, insight, and momentum. In a year where the battery raw materials market is evolving fast, this venue reflects the energy and ambition driving the industry forward.
