Group rates are applied at checkout when booking in the same transaction. For 2 attendees, the Standard rate is €1,665 per person. For 3 or more attendees, the rate is €1,315 per person. For teams of 4 or more, contact us directly for the best available rate. Group bookings cannot be split across separate transactions to qualify for the discount.

Free OEM passes are available for individuals in procurement, purchasing, logistics, supply chain, new development, or senior leadership roles at companies whose primary business is in Automotive & EVs, Consumer Electronics, or Aerospace & Defence. Yes. Attendance is subject to approval. We reserve the right to refund and decline attendance to any individual or organisation deemed to be a competitor. We strongly advise potential competitors to seek written confirmation of eligibility from the event organiser prior to purchasing a ticket. Past attendance does not guarantee future approval.
Catering is provided throughout the event. Accommodation is not included in the ticket price. Attendees booking the official hotel will receive a discounted room rate. Details are provided in your booking confirmation.
