27% Hungarian VAT will be added as a total amount to your registration at checkout. VAT will not be split out from the ticket price. A VAT invoice will be issued once Hungarian VAT registration is completed. For companies based in Hungary with a Hungarian VAT number, Hungarian VAT will not apply. Group rates are applied at checkout when booking in the same transaction. For 2 delegates, the Early Bird rate is €1,665 per person. For 3 or more delegates, the rate is €1,315 per person. Discount codes can be entered at checkout. Only one discount or promotion can be applied per booking. Codes cannot be combined with group rates or any other offer. Ensure your code is entered before completing your purchase as it cannot be applied retrospectively.

Free OEM passes are available for individuals in procurement, purchasing, logistics, supply chain, new development, or senior leadership roles at companies whose primary business is in Automotive & EVs, Consumer Electronics, or Aerospace & Defence. Your ticket covers full access to all sessions from 15 to 17 September, including the Main Plenary, all content stages, official evening receptions, bookable networking tables, catering throughout, and post event access to available presentation materials.

Yes. Attendance is subject to approval. We reserve the right to refund and decline attendance to any individual or organisation deemed to be a competitor. We strongly advise potential competitors to seek written confirmation of eligibility from the event organiser prior to purchasing a ticket. Past attendance does not guarantee future approval.

Catering is provided throughout the event. Accommodation is not included in the ticket price. Delegates booking the official hotel will receive a discounted delegate room rate. Details are provided in your booking confirmation.
