The Super Early Bird rate is currently active at €1,715 per delegate, €1,565 per person for 2 delegates, or €1,215 per person for groups of 3 or more. All prices are subject to 27% Hungarian VAT, which is added at checkout. For groups of 5 or more, contact us directly for a tailored proposal.

27% Hungarian VAT will be added as a total amount to your registration at checkout. VAT will not be split out from the ticket price. A VAT invoice will be issued once Hungarian VAT registration is completed. For companies based in Hungary with a Hungarian VAT number, Hungarian VAT will not apply — please contact conferences@fastmarkets.com to arrange registration.

Group rates are applied at checkout. For 2 delegates the rate is €1,565 per person (Super Early Bird). For 3 or more delegates the rate is €1,215 per person. For groups of 5 or more, contact us directly for a tailored proposal. Group bookings cannot be split across separate transactions to qualify for the discount.

Discount codes can be entered at checkout. Only one discount or promotion can be applied per booking — codes cannot be combined with group rates or any other offer. Ensure your code is entered before completing your purchase as it cannot be applied retrospectively.

Free OEM passes are available for individuals in procurement, purchasing, logistics, supply chain, new development, or C-suite roles at companies whose primary business is in Automotive & EVs, Consumer Electronics, or Aerospace & Defense. Applicants cannot also be responsible for the sale or trade of battery raw materials. Two free passes are available per company on a first-come-first-served basis. Apply here.

Your ticket covers full access to all sessions across September 15–17, including the Main Plenary, all content stages, official evening receptions, bookable networking tables, catering throughout, and post-event access to available presentation materials.

Yes. Attendance is subject to approval. We reserve the right to refund and decline attendance to any individual or organization deemed to be a competitor. We strongly advise potential competitors to seek written confirmation of eligibility from the event organizer prior to purchasing a ticket. Past attendance does not guarantee future approval.

Catering is provided throughout the event. Accommodation is not included in the ticket price. Delegates booking the official hotel will receive a discounted delegate room rate — details are provided in your booking confirmation.
