2026 Tickets

Early Bird pricing expires at midnight on April 3, 2026. After this date, all bookings will be processed at the Standard Rate of $2,999 per delegate. The price increase is automatic and no exceptions can be made.

Group rates are applied at checkout when you book 3 or more delegates in a single transaction. For 3+ delegates: $2,299 per person (Early Bird) or $2,599 per person (Standard). For groups of 5 or more, contact us directly for a tailored proposal. Group bookings cannot be split across separate transactions to qualify for the discount.

Discount codes can be entered at checkout. Only one discount or promotion can be applied per booking — codes cannot be combined with group rates or any other offer. Ensure your code is entered before completing your purchase as it cannot be applied retrospectively.

Yes — the Battery & Energy Storage 2026 Summit is fully included in your ticket at no additional cost. It is a brand new co-located summit for 2026, running alongside the main event. No separate registration is required.

Your ticket covers full access to all sessions across all 4 days (June 22–25), including the Main Plenary, Battery & Energy Storage 2026 Summit, and Sustainability & Innovation Stage. Also included: all official evening receptions, the VOLIAS Awards reception, exhibition access, bookable networking tables, catering throughout, and post-event access to available presentation materials. The Pre-Day Workshop on June 22 is a separate, optional add-on.

Yes. Attendance is subject to approval. We reserve the right to refund and decline attendance to any individual or organization deemed to be a competitor. We strongly advise potential competitors to seek written confirmation of eligibility from the event organizer prior to purchasing a ticket. Past attendance does not guarantee future approval.

Tickets may be transferred to a colleague at any time at no charge — please notify our team in writing. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event will receive a refund less an administration fee. Cancellations within 60 days of the event are non-refundable but the place may be substituted.

Catering is provided throughout the event. Accommodation is not included in the ticket price. Delegates booking the official hotel will receive a discounted delegate room rate — details are provided in your booking confirmation.
